30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact clients@atelier-icons.com with your order number and the artwork you would like to return.

Returning your piece

Our team will provide the return address and guide you through the next steps. Please contact us before sending your artwork. Keep its Certificate of Authenticity and included accessories together, and use the original protective packaging where possible to help your piece travel safely.

Your refund

Your money-back guarantee covers the amount paid for the returned artwork. We will confirm the next steps when you contact us and handle any refund due within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If something is not right

If your artwork arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the piece and packaging can help us assist you.

Your rights

Our guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
